Stardust House in Vegueta proved to be a good haven during my recent business trip to Las Palmas. Nestled in the heart of the historic old town, the central location makes exploring nearby shops and attractions a breeze. With a cozy and clean atmosphere, I felt instantly welcomed, especially with the friendly staff that provided excellent support throughout my stay. One of the standout features is the inviting roof terrace, perfect for unwinding after a long day of writing. It offers a lovely spot to reflect on the two charming microbreweries I encountered nearby, as well as to relish a pint in the warm Canarian evenings. While the amenities like free WiFi and dry cleaning services are commendable, I was particularly impressed by their willingness to accommodate, even offering a refund for one night when circumstances called for it. On the downside, a persistent cleaner occasionally interrupted the tranquil vibe, but it was a minor inconvenience in the grand scheme. I would highly recommend Stardust House to fellow travelers seeking both comfort and a taste of local charm in Vegueta – it felt like a home away from home, one I'd happily return to.
